Unbound began with a simple idea.
Wine should feel relaxed and enjoyable, something everyone can appreciate in their own way. We believe great wine can be simple and inviting while still holding real quality.
Wine Without Limits
Unrestricted by a fixed origin or set range, we have the freedom to explore what each year has to offer, creating wines that capture a snapshot in time.
Selected With Purpose
We create each release in small batches, allowing the range to evolve naturally from one year to the next. Some wines may return. Others appear only once, never to be repeated.
Enjoy It Your Way
There is no correct glass, perfect pairing or wrong occasion. Good wine should be simple to enjoy, without the jargon, rules or pressure around doing it the “right” way.

We started Unbound as a modern alternative to the way wine has traditionally been presented and enjoyed.
Keep the quality, make wine feel more open, and give ourselves room to do things differently.
That means an evolving collection of wines, small releases and the freedom to create something different each year.
What never changes is the intention behind every bottle. Whether it’s shared around a table, poured during a celebration or opened for a quiet moment to yourself, our wines are simply there to be enjoyed.
